Children 1-2 years old: 11-14 hours sleep per day.

Children 6-13 years old: 9-11 hours sleep per day.

Teens 14-17 years: 8-10 hours per day.

Adults 18-64 years old: 7-9 hours daily.

Seniors over 65: 7-8 hours per day.
